We monitor and audit the entire transport process by inspecting product condition during unloading all the way to final presentation. We have a zero tolerance policy for sending out damaged product. Our repacking, kitting, and unitizing services ensure your product reaches its final destination clean, secure, and in the same condition it left its manufacturing facility.

All Total Quality Assurance International employees are trained per ISO-9001:2015 requirements.
Only employees trained and certified by a ‘Lead Inspector’ are allowed to work part numbers they are trained on.
Training Matrix is used to track employee capabilities and training.
A Lead Inspector tags and certifies every standard pack that leaves the facility to PM or CV.
